We’re here to make your shopping experience with in die huis as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here are some frequently asked questions related to orders and delivery that might help:
How long will it take?
All our products are proudly made with love and care, so please allow up to 3 – 10 working days. Important to note is we only start with your order once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start with your order.
Where to & how much?
Our courier delivers throughout South Africa. The courier costs are calculated on the weight, volume and delivery address during checkout.
As a little gift to you we offer free delivery for orders above R2,000 in South Africa.
What kind of address do I need?
How do I pay?
We have a number of safe and easy ways to pay for your items ordered. You will be prompted to make payment using one of the following methods:
- Credit Card/Debit Card – immediate payments are securely processed.
- Bank Transfer (EFT) – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details after which you can send us your proof of payment to orders@indiehuis.co.za. (Please note that Bank Transfer payments could take up to 7 days to clear)
- We do not accept cash deposits.
Is there a minimum order amount when checking out?
Why can't I see any prices for your products?
Since we are a wholesale company you first need to apply for a wholesale account. Once we have approved your account you will then be able to login, view prices and place your order.
